Under the theme of “Breaking Ground: Shaping Bermuda’s Built Future”, speakers and panels discussed issues such as navigating regulatory challenges, inclusive housing strategies, revitalising abandoned properties, purposeful redevelopment, and innovative financing models; setting the stage for coordinated, forward-thinking investment in Bermuda’s infrastructure and community spaces.
